I want to share a method I use. It's reverse search for people through Instagram (probably works with twitter and facebook too).
You can explore the hashtags #dreamscope and #dreamscopeapp on Instagram. When you find a picture that looks promising you can get their instagram username and it usually is the same as their dreamscope username. If they have other handles in their bio, you can try them as well.
People don't use those tags very often and there are lots of stock photos so the feed does not update very often. Still, I managed to find some nudes (will share later).
