The driving flash is great. I'm a big fan of it. It was great that she was up for some fun even though she isn't an exhibitionist. But if she's up for doing that, then I reckon you can get her to do a little more each time you try.
If you're driving at night in a darker area or on a freeway etc., there's pretty much no chance of somebody looking in their rear-vision mirror and seeing the passenger no matter how undressed they are. The headlights take care of that.
Daytime is an absolutely different story though!
I've had the wife completely naked in the passenger seat several times and bottomless many a time. She once sat in the passenger seat total naked for a good 45mins (maybe more) of a drive home from the beach a few years back. She enjoyed that immensely. Having to drive I enjoyed pulling up next to trucks a few times.
One things I don't recommend is doing it in normal areas. One of the times the wife was totally starkers was during a session that started at home and she was extremely horny and wanted to push herself, so we jumped in the car around midnight and drove around a bit. She was in the middle back seat with nothing but the seat belt on and her legs spread and feet up against both the passenger and driver's seat. Then she went to work as we drove around normal suburban streets. She was really digging it until we pulled up to a set of traffic lights and the cops pulled up next to us! luckily we have black out windows on the back and rear-side windows so they wouldn't have been able to see anything. I wish I could say it got her turned on with them next to us, but it didn't. She quickly threw her jacket on just in case. Of course nothing happened but it killed the mood and we went home to finish off.
