Where I live, you can be naked outside as long as you aren't being lewd, so it doesn't matter if my neighbors are offended or not.
I haven't tested it yet, though. I've thought about it, but then I might have to walk around with the law printed out on a piece of paper in my hand, which then seems like I am looking for an argument.
