Saw a lady the other day carrying a huge over the shoulder hand bag. Somehow the bag caught her skirt and pulled it up, so she walked with one side of her blue underwear completely exposed with some cheek hanging out the bottom. I felt badly for not telling her (it was in front of dozens of people), but in that case, I guess what she doesn't know won't hurt her. Unless it happens all the time, then she should probably know. I felt badly either way.
