Sorry to drag on about this, but I do feel the need to add this point......
It is true that they have the right to control photography inside the event, but they have no right to control photography outside the event...... They can dictate when and where people take photos, or if photos are even allowed, but unless they have everyone sign contracts about useage and dissemination of images and media (which I'm sure they don't), they have right to dictate what people can do with their personal images and media.
