Well first off, you have left it a bit late to be asking this...
A couple weeks advance notice for the group might have given you better responses and a chance to implement any plan...
That aside, your wife's response was not "No way you _____ perv!!" so it would seem to the casual observer that she enjoys or at least is not overly bothered by others seeing her bits. It is more a matter of it being a casual situation &/or plausible deniability vs. blatant exposure. If she is game, there could be countless opportunities for her to be casually exposed: assuming you are staying with her brother, any time she is changing or taking a bath she could be very casual about closing doors, or walking about in less than full dress, the proverbial towel wrap that inadvertantly drops, etc. You still have decent weather sufficiently warm enough for her to wear thin, revealing tops, go braless, etc. which many women are more willing to do when away from home. Just read you had a previous trip to Perth where she was on a beach topless for a while. As the precedent has already been set, just tell her to do more of the same. It is only family and some strangers you, and more importantly she, will never see again anyway... Good Luck!
