It's from a 1982 VHS tape called "Famous T&A". Basically a montage of celebrity nude scenes narrated by a breathy female voice. Occasionally they stuck in random footage of noncelebrities, such as this Harley Girl. I owned it back in the day, and if I recall it was the Yardbird's "For Your Love" playing during this scene, not the Dire Straits song.
