I think Windows 10 automatically opens .rar and .zip archives. If you are in other platform, you can open then with one of these two programs: Winrar or 7-Zip (desktop).

If you are on mobile, just search something like "zip archives" or "rar archives" in your store. There are a lot of apps, both paid and free.
