They all have their personality and figures that make their reactions great ENF material, but if you had to force me I'd have to go with Prissy and Pam. For her implied age, Prissy's bod is amazing and betrays her prudish/modest character.

Pam comes down to her embarrassed reactions (Skirting Disaster may've been the first), Miss Thang coming really close in that regard given how satisfying it is to see her inflated ego taken down a peg by Daneesha (that beach comic and sequel camp story were the best).
