How I do it is easy. I am patient. I look around until I find something I don't think we've seen here before. I do not have the obsession or the primal need to make a shit-load of posts every day in multiple threads to feel like I'm doing something, and not giving a tinker's cuss whether they are reposts or not.
Quality over quantity.
