I guess she had one of the biggest bushes there. Back then almost every woman was shaved or partly shaved. For a girl between 20 and 25 it was even less common to have a bush.
Now that has changed, at least at the saunas I use to visit. A lot of milfs are still shaved, but the bush or at least partial shaved bushes have made a comeback with the women under 30.
