It's very dangerous territory. The bottom line is that even if you do it and then fall in love with the sister and she with you, the rest of the family will never accept it. And the chances that you will be able to have the sister and no one will ever find out is...VERY small. Are you ready to adopt her two kids?
The sister is a young, horny girl. She will soon find a boyfriend and then you and she can be platonic friends more easily
