Of course we would. I posted photos of my ex wife, 30 years ago. Actually aroused me posting them. Just to know some people liked and admired what I used to like/admire.
I blurred my wife's face on the basis she's an educator, still working, still the same size/shape/recognisable. Do the same if you have qualms.
