I completely disagree with the title of this thread. There is NO SUCH THING as a skirt, dress or shorts that are "TOO SHORT". There is only such a thing as "too short for polite society", or "too short for a particular situation", such as visiting the Vatican City, where they insist on "knee length or longer".
This girl could totally pull the mini-belt, uh, mini-skirt she is wearing down a couple inches so it sort of covers her butt cheeks, and head to the nearest Walmart (or any dance club in Vegas). That would be totally acceptable.
BONUS: if you look closely at pic #3, you'll see that she has a splotch of VJ juice in her thong.
