Looking for a movie
I saw a description of a ENF scene from a reddit thread that someone was trying to find. Basically the scene is a female police officer starts treating some young girls badly and a friend of the girls take the officer hostage. She ends up being stripped and handcuffed to a statue of a naked man in the middle of the town. People end up seeing here and laughing at her. They said they believed it was made in the 80s or so. I figured someone out there would know where the scene is from.
