Okay, here is the deal. I am back. I've been gone for the last couple weeks due to some unplanned, and serious medical issues.

It's given me some time to reflect, and I have come to realise that I have spent entirely too much time constantly editing posts from the same offenders over and over again, and in many cases, giving detailed explanations as to what was done wrong, only for it to continue unabated.

From now on, I am going to adhere to Alex's Sticky post from almost 13 years ago, titled, "You will be BANNED if you...."

"Up until now, we have been very generous about editing people's threads for them. From now on if a single photo or video breaks the rules, we may delete the entire post or thread without notice."

What this means is this; from now on, if I see one watermark, one pro, one fake, one off-topic photo, one blatant repost, one duplicate, one model on the Do Not Post list, etc., in any post, I'm just going to whack the entire post without explanation and move on. If I see that the pattern of behaviour does not change, I will just start passing out week-long bans. I don't care if you've been here since 2004, you're going on vacation.

From now on, if I see one photo that violates Rule 8, you are banned for life with no warning.

It is your responsibility to be sure your posts are legal. It's my responsibility to make sure the site is legal.

Life is too short for me to be spending over 3 hours a day cleaning up your messes with a scalpel when I can do it in 10 minutes with machete.
