50 year old has been providing extra meds to a young woman in the neighborhood for recreational use. She's short on funds so they work out an alternate payment method. He bends her over behind his shed out of sight from his wife. She can't take him deep enough in her mouth to finish him orally however. So he bends her over again and, perhaps looking for another score, asks whether she has sisters as he is finishing inside her. Probably not her first time doing this so not sure why she wouldn't have brought a condom.
