Can't tell if it's legit or a knock-off brand, but it's a Fender Jazz bass. Rosewood fretboard w/ 21 frets (as most Fender guitars tend to have). The generic bridge setup instead of a more high-end bridge, like a Badass, implies that it's on the cheaper end of the price range. The rosewood fretboard, dot inlays & lack of binding on the neck supports this.
