do have a padlock in the address bar (see screen shots). Clicking it (or the "i" in the circle) pop up some security info and access to options. The top option (labeled "forum.oneclickchicks.com"), when clicked, just says this is a secure site verified by DigiCert.

The second set of options, "Content Blocking", "All Detected Trackers" and "Third Party Cookies" all take me to the following settings panel:

The third option, "Permissions", takes me to this settings panel:

In none of the panels is there a "Flash" option. I've tried adding the site as an exception to various policies, but no luck.
