All Esper Dayo is a Japanese TV show about a teenager with physic abilities (usually used for looking under girls skirts) that contains quite a few EUF moments.

TV episodes can be watched on Kissasian, however since Openload has shut down it has become a bit of a pain to get a good quality version of the movie.
