These are clips merged into one from The Two Ronnies serial Death Can Be Fatal (Ep 4 & 5). All you need to know is that Ronnie Barker's detective is trying to find a secret formula written on a pair of knickers, but doesn't know where. Naturally he has to check out every girl in the hotel, and in this clip is checking out Jo Peters. I've only included this part for you to see the actress. The scene that got my attention is later in the video at a party where Jo is dressed in just balloons, and Barker armed with a cigarette. I don't think I need add what happens next. Jo has done more revealing work, appearing topless in Casanova (1971,TV), Confessions of a Sex Maniac (1974), and I'm Not Feeling Myself Tonight (aka The Love Ray) (1976), but for some reason this appeals to me just as much.
