Not a photo shoot (other than whatever was photographed by the participants themselves for social media). It was a marketing stunt to promote Lush's eco-friendly lack of packaging for their products (i.e. the products are "naked", so the store workers are too). I don't think it was done for the whole day, probably several hours tops. I wish I had seen it in person (there were several stores in my area that participated last year, all pictured in the thread), but I would have just been the idiot standing there staring and drooling at the butts until I surely would have been asked to leave.

It's too bad this didn't become an annual event again, not just a special one-off thing done for the 10th anniversary of the original promotion (as I unfortunately suspected), but at least they did it once in the Instagram era, and it was awesome.
