It's a toy all the cam girls use that allows them to feel a vibration when a viewer tips them (I think there is a software they install on their end that syncs it up), kind of a like a remote controlled vibrator. The point of the pink piece that sticks out is so that the viewers see it, know that their tips cause the model to get off and therefore tip more.
