Both my wives I met in high school. Both were hot, and I certainly would have slept with either one of them at any time.
My first wife I started dating and then married about seven years after high school. But she was also crazy...and about seven years later we divorced.
My second wife was the girl I had always considered my fantasy girl, but in high school I had no game whatsoever and she was pretty much dating someone the entire time...and then I lost track of her as we all do most of our high school friends. I would think of her from time to time in a vague reminiscent way while still married but I wouldn't allow myself to think too much about it because it felt like cheating. But then one day after my divorce I started to think about her again...and it dawned on me that it wouldn't be cheating any longer...
And so, as befits this thread, I ended up tracking her down and eventually having sex with her (and marrying her!) about another six years after my divorce. So, twenty years
It sounds like a long time...but it was worth it
