Er... you lost me there, I DID say that the artist himself did this.
Anyway, because of people compiling a very detailed book about Franquin's work, they were going through his archives and found this edited version of this gag and it ended up on Rule 34, where more X-rated Gaston Lagaffe pictures drawn by Franquin himself are to be found.
