In the second vid, it looks like he's getting her to lick the ass hook to help lubricate it before inserting it, and perhaps also to feed her anticipation of what's coming next.
In the third one, he has her immobilised with the hook up her ass, and he's pulling on the string to tension the hook. He seems to be getting her full attention . . .
