What counts as an outfit? Just shoes, or a hat by itself does not. Even shoes + a hat is a little week.
Matching socks scarf and flower in the hair is an outfit.
Shoes and wings also works.
An unbuttoned shirt and jewelry is also nice.
Thigh high socks are awesome, and a backpack can also be part of a cute outfit.
