Easy ones first: 2 is from San Francisco Financial District (it's from the annual April 1 event St. Stupid's Day); 9 is Salmon Street Springs Fountain in Portland (at end of WNBR - 2017 I think); 10 is Nathan Phillips Square in Toronto (also from a WNBR)
