I've been camping with my fiancee several times and have had the opportunity to observe her peeing in the woods (either at night by a tree or bush or off of a trail). Even when there have been available tissues, napkins, or toilet paper, I have noticed that she never wipes in the woods. She pisses, waits maybe a second or two for a couple drips, then pulls up her underwear. A couple times I have seen a little pee spot form when she has pulled up her underwear and the moisture of her unwiped pussy was absorbed by the fabric. I don't know why she doesn't wipe (she always does at home in a real bathroom) but something about it turns me on.
