The snap chat generation are happy to share they just don't want anything permanent to be kept.. Gone are the innocent days of seeing people skinny dipping and no one really caring, the age of the smart phone and the rise of social media has changed this forever and what we see now at our beaches and our waterfalls reflect this change..

Again, I think you are mixing up girls that are potential nudists with girls that are willing to bare more this year than they did last year. Thong bikinis are increasing (not decreasing) in popularity with college age and younger girls. The snapchat generation is also the instagram generation. There are plenty of photos - of varying stages of bare-ness being saved to semi-permanent records. Just because beach nudity is down doesn't mean that the general population isn't getting bolder with their clothing choices. I live near several campuses and beaches and I can tell you that what young girls wear these days is more revealing than ever before.
