Definitely a touched-up image. There would never be uncensored nudity in Fairy Tail, despite how close it can sometimes get, lol. However, there was a holiday-themed OVA where Erza accepted a dare to walk home completely naked and ultimately gets caught by Jella. Still no uncensored nudity, but decently ENF.
