Sure. But in the USA where this board is based, a copyright must be registered with the government in order for someone to sue, generally. This board's rules are what they are, so they must be adhered to as the ownership mandates and as local law requires. Besides, there is nothing prohibiting someone from saying "no copyright" then getting mad later as they see their pictures posted around the web. Food for thought.
