If you listen carefully, this guy actually substitutes audio from the actual PDX ride and replaces it with music and audio from another WNBR, perhaps one of the Latin American rides? You can clearly hear the background voices and music begin to repeat at the 3:25 and 3:52 mark and then several times afterward. It's simply impossible for the background music levels and verbal chats to remain virtually unchanged and repeat so many times throughout numerous different scenes and edits.
