I really enjoy it when you go into detail like this with your recollections. It paints a picture and sort of makes me feel like I'm voyeuring the whole thing.
It seems based on the previous conversation between you and Kenneth's dad that he would have fessed up to his actions. Since your wife didn't mind his hand wandering, it seems he would have known you'd be ok with it too. Then again, he may have thought he crossed a line. I think another conversation with Kenneth's dad is in order. Number one let him know you know and number two to let him know you're ok with it.
I'm hoping there was a morning after conversation with the wife that is coming up.
