The third and in my opinion the best reverse image search engine today. Go to Yandex and you'll see a list above the text box and the first one is conveniently 'images'. Click on 'images' and the page will change to the image search page which has the camera icon in the search bar. Click on the camera icon and select browse to find the pic you want to search.
Don't forget to check the group of images above your search results. Sometimes you can find good stuff there.
