I came across this clip on a Vola page (specifically volafile.org/r/peri) and I thought to myself, "what a good candidate for an ENF GIF! There's no audio to speak of" Apparently her name is Shelby.

Then I thought WE CAN MAKE IT BETTER!

The first 2 seconds is the clip in its entirety. The rest is a repeat in slo-mo so you can really catch her reaction.
