IIRC the couple had just moved into a new house. They were fooling around, and as a joke the guy threw the girl outside naked. Well, they made too much noise and woke the neighbors. So the girl tried to quickly get back inside, but the door jammed and she totally got caught.
In a cringey scene later, the girl baked muffins and tried to go over and apologize to the neighbor. But when she got there, she was too embarrassed to say what exactly she was apologizing for. The neighbor got the hint, and just said she keeps the curtains closed all day.
