Erm, no. That's like the worst way to save a picture from Instagram. All Instagram content can be downloaded directly from the page source (look for ".jpg" for pictures and ".mp4" for videos) or, if you right click the picture and "Inspect" it (that's what it's called in Google Chrome, not sure what it's called in other browsers), the developers panel will open and take you to the picture URL, which you can copy and paste to save the picture directly.
