I kind of agree that she was playing a little game, my wife told me many years ago that a woman is always aware of what she is exposing. Maybe not always, but usually.

My wife had a slightly older distant cousin that she had a crush on, she set him up for 'accidental' exposures several times, trying to get his attention. Leaving the door unlocked when she was putting on a swimsuit, knowing he had to come in that room. Cleaning up a room with a low cut shirt, knowing he could see her small boobs when she bent over.
