These are clips from "The Invisible Dirty Old Man" - the actual movie doesn't exist (the project ran out of money), but these clips were posted to the internet as teasers back when it was in production. The actress in the glasses in the first pic is Kim Dickens, but I don't know the other 2. There was a comic book version of it if I remember correctly.
