One old woman in her 60s come to entertain guys with her husband. I am a sex tourist and have travelled many countries. Single guys are better off going to couuntries like romania, greece, prague for paid sex its much cheaper and guaranteed.

Cheaper? Probably. Guaranteed? Of course if you are paying for it, but that is about all that I would agree with.
Separate sections to keep single guys away from the action? Absolute nonsense.
Tell me where is the separate section in Jeux de Mains? Where is the separate section in Histories d'O? Where is the separate section Kamasutra? Yes there are parts and certain events that are couples only because, believe it or not, there are some couples that like to stay in a couples only environment. So Cap caters for all tastes.
Maybe if you had done a bit more than just stand outside the clubs you would already know that.
If all these separate sections you talk about are to keep single guys away from the action then the scores of single guys Mrs has fucked there will testify that it has failed miserably. BTW. She has not fucked anyone there as a 60 year old yet, but will do so this year for the first time. On quite a few occasions in the clubs there Mrs has failed to get any action. Not because of a lack of guys, but because of the abundance of couples and girls of all ages.
The only difference between Cap and the other destinations you mention is that the ladies at Cap have a choice who they fuck. The others don't.

No. Nothing even close.
Maspalomas/Playa del Ingles in Gran Canary has a few clubs and a bit of action in the dunes and can attract a few hundred swingers in a week.
On a high season weekend Cap can have as many as 40,000. That isn't a typo, I mean forty thousand.
