It is Carina, and the interviewer is Daniele Suzuki. It’s one of those Brazilian let’s-interview-naked-people-at-the-beach segments that Brazilian TV seems to do now and again. The video was censored, but this is a behind the scenes still, which IIRC was posted on a Brazilian naturist site.
