Other than it's actually called "Little Annie Fanny" you are correct. It was created and produced by Will Elder and Harvey Kurtzman, the artists who co-created Mad Magazine with William Gaines. After both men died Playboy attempted to recreate their efforts with another artist and writer, but it wasn't well received, and was soon dropped.
