Judging from the last few photos and posts I've removed, I think we need a refresher on the topic from the first page:
"I'm looking for pictures of women flashing (or half-dressed) in public, wearing evening or formal dresses. Preferably with their hair done up, wearing make-up, jewelry, etc. In other words, a classy flasher. So, NO Mardi Gras, club girls, car show girls, etc., unless they happen to be wearing fomal or evening dress for some reason. I've attached a few pics as examples of what I'm looking for. Classy naked chicks in public are OK too, if you can find one who's clearly all done up.
So, again, the key components:
1. Classily or fancily made-up and (half-)dressed.
2. Flashing or naked/topless in public."
