She doesn't look familiar, but if I saw her without that bathing suit I might remember her.
I searched my usual Google, Tineye and Yandex and came up blank. I use FireFox with the reverse image search add-on that searches all these reverse image searches. I also will use imgops on occassion and it is odd, but sometimes you save the pic and then type in the image search 'google(dot)com' or 'tineye(dot)com' etc and go to image and search by clicking on the camera icon you may get different results.
You might want to try this to see if anyone has other tricks that might give better results.
