The girl getting her dress blown up? That comes from the first few minutes of an early 1970s sexploitation flick called either "Games Girls Play" or "The Bunny Caper", depending on which country you're in. (I think "Games" is the UK title and "Bunny" is the US title.) There's some great nudity in that movie.
