From Dokkiri My Clone Vol.1 by IMANISHI Masao

I got these pages from this blogger user http://blog.livedoor.jp/sanntyann/ This person has a whole library of Ecchi manga that contain both ENF and EUF, he even has a lot of Go Nagai manga's as well. He e-mailed me the first chapter of the manga thanks to MagpiePair.
