In this day and age and in today's WWE...no if anything they try to hide any sort of exposure. If you really go back and watch some clips of a lot of the women's matches from say about 2005 to 2009. Unintentionally or maybe in some of the cases intentionally...there was a lot of times were butt cracks or thongs would be exposed in matches. Not that the girls purposely had their tights pulled down...the attire they wore might of been to small or to big. Wasn't until WWE went head on with the whole PG things to where all the ladies started wearing flesh colored tights under their attires. Either the flesh colors hide the butts, because many times tights have been pulled but the flesh colored hid everything. Go back and watch Sasha when she was a heel..several times she pulled the tights up, more so then the other girls...but Becky Lynch or etc were covered. In this case Mickie simply did a classic reversal...and we nearly got crack, but she didn't pull hard enough. Sadly with the ladies which still boggles me if that over the years we barely get the butt shots. Were as with the men's matches it's a different story which I will never get. Dolph Ziggler gets his tights pulled...WWE shows replays. If it happens to a woman, edit it out or switch to another camera angle. Women love wrestling to, but I still feel by far way more men watch it. If we are going to see ass, more of us will want to see it from the girls not the guys. But hey keep watching out for those cracks.
