I guess the goal for this whole thing is, im hoping when we do go as a couple vacation. I want my wife to feel comforable being topless with others. She still didnt say she would but never said she wouldnt either. Any thoughts?

Best is probably to respect your wife wishes and not telling him.
If you choose to tell him, ask him to keep this secret.
He will know she allowed you to show him her nude pic.
