I've had a play with some of these but it's difficult to restore something that's not really there in the first place.
The best I can hope for is to remove the colour cast which is fairly easy.
As I say not great result but always fun trying.
Ask mods to remove if you're not happy with them
I'm always happy to try a bit of work on old photos - good practice!
